How Lone Bird Studio Adapted Over the Last 10 Years

Back in 2015, Lone Bird Studio had six people handling web design, hosting, graphics, support—you name it. Everyone had a role. Projects were flowing, phones were ringing, and things were… well, busy.

Fast-forward to 2025, and all three of our services—web design, support, and hosting—are run by a team of three.

And one of us isn’t even human.

Yeah. Time and technology have changed the game. Automation, AI, streamlined workflows—it’s made it possible to do more with less. Not because we wanted to downsize, but because the way we work—and what clients need—has evolved.

That evolution isn’t just technical. It’s personal.

Over the years, I’ve learned that success isn’t about growing bigger. It’s about getting better. Sharper focus. Smarter systems. Stronger partnerships. That’s the direction Lone Bird is heading now.

We’re not chasing scale—we’re building things that last.

There’s a lot more to come, but for now, this is just a moment to acknowledge the shift. From six humans to two humans and one helpful machine—and still getting the job done right.

If your business is going through changes too, or you’re just trying to keep up, reach out. Let’s talk about how to make the next 10 years work for you—not against you.
